Group Rock-solid Recall Class

1 hr in person group classes once a week for 6 weeks - $250 plus gst

Classes are held at the Search, Recovery and Detection K9's facility located in the Cooper Centre Building at 101-780 Windsor Ave, Kamloops.

Prerequisite - Completion of a Group class (with us or another positive reinforcement trainer) or Private Lesson with us. Must have an established marker word, release word, and be comfortable to relax in a crate in a distracting environment. 

This class is not suitable for dogs that bark at other people and/or dogs on leash, including overexcited and fearful barking dogs or dogs that are uncomfortable in a crate. Please start with a Private Lesson to set you up for the best success in a group class environment or look into our Private Recall Class

Having a dog that comes when called (the FIRST time) is an important and possibly a life saving skill. In this class you are going to continue building your relationship with your dog with FUN and engaging training games to build a strong recall.

• How to teach a recall
• Recall GAMES to play with your dog
• Recall with distractions

Crates are mandatory in this class. Please ensure your dog is happy going in their crate and can remain calm in a crate in a high energy environment. 

Hard/wire crates are strongly recommended over soft crates with a zipper door.
