Day Training

There's a reason professional dog trainers make it look EASY..... We know what we're doing and we have the mechanics and timing mastered!

When you are trying to learn the skills, mechanics and timing yourself, it can be a challenge to teach your dog at the same time.

Day training can be a wonderful option to give your dog a boost with perfect practice of a new skill from a trainer. We then teach you how to continue working with your dog and your dog will be able to understand better as they already have a general understanding and practice of the skills and behaviours.

All Training Sessions will take place in your home, outside/around your home or around your neighbourhood if your dog is ready. 

There may be opportunities to train your dog elsewhere in town if they are ready for it, however, you would be required to bring your dog. Transportation of your dog is not offered.

**Service areas with additional travel fee for each lesson include: 

Sun Peaks, Heffley, Pinantan Lake, Pritchard, Chase, Cherry Creek, Savona, Tobiano, Logan Lake & Merritt **

Skills & Behaviours that can be worked on:

• Basic Behaviours - sit, down, stay, mat/bed etc.
• Jumping Up
• Puppy Training
• Overexcited/Overstimulated
• Loose Leash Walking
• Leash Reactivity*
• Recall
• Counter Surfing / Stealing Items
• Crates or Confinement 
• Cooperative Care for Vet or Grooming
• Confidence Building

*Some Leash Reactivity may not be suitable for Day Training. Some Leash Reactivity may also require Private Lessons concurrently to ensure progress is being made at home. Please contact me to discuss first.
