Quincey has over 10 years of experience as a Dog Trainer with the following credentials:
She found her love and passion for training dogs when she got her first dog, Brody, a boxer mix, who was quite the handful. She took class after class with Brody, growing her knowledge and understanding of how to train a dog while building a strong life long relationship..
The training centre Quincey attended as a student offered her a job as a trainer after seeing what she and Brody were able to accomplish together. This is where Quincey taught classes and private lessons while continuing to further her knowledge through classes, events and seminars until she relocated from Vancouver Island. Canine Connection Dog Training was opened in early 2023 in Kamloops, BC where Quincey now calls home.

Quincey has done many fields of training with her dogs including rally obedience, agility, scent detection & trick training. Brody was an Expert Trick Dog before he passed away in 2020. Osa achieved her ADC & SGDC titles in agility before retiring at a young age due to health reasons. Osa was also an Expert Trick Dog title as well as held multiple scent detection titles. Osa passed away in 2024.
Quest is Quincey's new Border Collie puppy that she brought home in the summer of 2025. Quincey is excited for Quest to become her new demo dog at class wall as learn/compete with Agility, Scent Detection (possibly Human Remains works), Dock Diving, Herding and Trick training!
Quest earned his Novice Trick Dog Title at only 4.5 months old!
Quincey loves helping her clients build lasting relationships with their dogs through positive reinforcement based training.
