Optimistic Einstein

60 min in person group class once a week for 6 weeks - $255

Classes are held at the Search, Detection and Recovery K9's facility located in the Cooper Centre Building at 101-780 Windsor Ave, Kamloops.

Prerequisites - Completion of a Group class (with us or another positive reinforcement trainer) or Private Lesson with us. Must have an established marker word.

This class uses FUN training games and 'puzzles' which will:

• Help build your dog’s confidence, optimism, stress resilience and frustration tolerance
• Provide mental and physical exercise and challenges for your dog.
• Improve your dog’s body awareness.
• Teach you more advanced training methods and work on your skills with your dog.
• Improve your relationship with your dog while you are both having FUN. 

Equipment required for class:

• Two bowls - ideally identical and easy for your dog to eat out of. Must bring to each class.
• 2 - 4 cones - ideally at least as tall as your dog's shoulder.
• Occasional additional props from home - generally will be everyday things from home.

These classes are not suitable for dogs that bark at other people and/or dogs on leash, including overexcited and fearful barking dogs, please start with a private lesson to set you up for the best success in a group class environment.
